• We do not charge sales tax except for the California state.

• All order placed before 1:30 PM (Pacific Time Zone) will be process the same day.

• Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

• You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed after you enter a valid shipping address before confirming your order.

• Usually we ship out our customer's order within 2 business days upon receiving the order.  For all ground orders it takes 3-5 Business days to arrive.

• Only to Canada and Puerto Rico (Please contact us in advance for selected model availability)

• Due to shipping complication, we cannot offer 100% free shipping, but we can offer to cover 50% of the shipping charge for all of our AK, HI, PR and Canadian customers.

• We do not have a showroom; We do have warehouses located in CA, TX, & GA.

• All of our faucet does not come with any pop-up drains but sold separately.

• Stone vessel should be cleaned with a sponge or a soft cloth using a nonabrasive neutral detergent and rinsed thoroughly with warm water.
